1. Problem Statement

At this stage, learners can already work with extended texts, but their structure becomes more layered. A central idea may be supported by several arguments, examples, and explanations that need to be connected correctly. In some texts, the writer does not state a position directly, so it needs to be identified through vocabulary, tone, and organization. Writing tasks also require clearer structure because one argument is no longer enough for a developed response. This stage therefore calls for practice that brings reading, analysis, argumentation, and writing into one connected sequence.

2. Solution

Peak Pathway is built around materials containing several levels of information and different ways of presenting it. Learners work with central and supporting arguments, identify the writer's position, compare formulations, and analyze the role of specific examples. Writing activities focus on distributing information across paragraphs, supporting a central idea with several explanations, and bringing a text to a logical conclusion. Individual modules also cover rephrasing, summarizing, comparing sources, and editing structure. Concluding activities combine reading, analysis, and the creation of an extended written response.

Practical Course Markers

During Peak Pathway, learners work with materials of approximately 45–60 sentences divided into several logical sections. Writing activities involve texts of approximately 18–24 connected sentences organized across several paragraphs. Reading tasks ask learners to identify the main position, supporting arguments, implied conclusions, and the role of examples. Some activities involve comparing two materials and writing an explanation of their shared and contrasting ideas. The concluding section combines reading, analysis, rephrasing, and writing within integrated tasks.

6. Course Information & Support

Peak Pathway is the ninth course in the Melqirana series and builds on grammar, vocabulary, and text-based topics from earlier stages. The main focus is detailed reading, argument structure, rephrasing, comparison of materials, and extended writing. The course is educational in format and does not define a specific language level as an automatic result of completing the materials. 7. Certificates & Credentials

After completing Peak Pathway, the learner receives a digital certificate reflecting completion of the ninth stage of the Melqirana series.
